We want you to love every Yogi Peace Club piece, so we’ve created a flexible returns policy to ensure your satisfaction.

FULL-PRICED ITEMS

• Eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
• No returns accepted after 14 days, unless the item is faulty.

SALE & PROMOTION ITEMS

• Items purchased at a discount can be returned for an exchange or store credit within 14 days.
• No refunds on sale or promotion items.
• Final Sale items: No returns or exchanges unless faulty.

AFTERPAY PURCHASES

• Products purchased via Afterpay are NOT eligible for refunds.
• For Afterpay purchases, we offer a store credit or an exchange only.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please email us at [email protected] to request a Returns Form. Once received, print and complete the form, and include it with your returned item(s) when posting them to the address below.

Return Postage Costs:

• Change of Mind: Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
• Faulty Products or Incorrect Items Sent: Please contact us at [email protected] and we will arrange postage and replacement.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

All Yogi Peace Club yoga mats come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturer defects.

What’s Not Covered:
• Misuse or negligence
• Exposure to extreme heat or storage in cars
• Damage caused by cleaning sprays, chemicals, or oils
• Product alterations
• Use on wet surfaces, rocky terrain, grass, or sand

FAULTY ITEMS
