I took this mat to a Bali yoga retreat, it was easily stored in my carry on luggage & I loved being able to roll out my own mat for class, I highly recommend the mat for travel.

I really enjoy doing yoga on this 4mm mat. It does seem to buckle or move slightly when on carpet but is ok on tiles.
